Curious Happy Silly Calm Excited

Move. Balance. Play. Grow Together.

A welcoming space where children, young people and families can explore movement, creativity and connection through yoga, ropewalking and play.

Every gathering is different, but each one encourages curiosity, confidence and a chance to discover something new — together.

There is no expectation to be flexible, confident or experienced. Just come along, have a go, and enjoy the journey.

🌈 What does Indradhanush mean?

Indradhanush means rainbow — a meeting of many colours, each one unique, yet more beautiful together.

This idea sits at the heart of Indradhanush Yoga: creating spaces where people can explore, connect, learn and grow together.

What We'll Explore

About Mia

I believe children learn best when they feel safe enough to be curious.

My sessions blend yoga, ropewalking, games, sound and nature into playful experiences where everyone is encouraged to discover what their body can do and how they feel.

Rather than teaching in a rigid way, I enjoy adapting to each group and allowing their ideas and energy to shape the session. Every gathering becomes something we create together.

Nature often becomes a co-teacher, with forests, fields and open spaces inspiring curiosity, balance and a sense of belonging.

Whether someone joins for the first time or has years of experience, I hope they leave feeling calmer, more confident and inspired to keep exploring.

Working Together

I enjoy working alongside schools, community groups, festivals and family networks to create sessions that feel unique to the people taking part.

Some gatherings are energetic and playful. Others are slower and more reflective. Every session grows through listening, curiosity and shared experiences.

Whether you have an idea for a workshop, a regular class or a special event, I'd love to hear from you.

“As a holistic practice, Yoga emphasizes the whole child… it can affect all components of social and emotional learning.”
