I work with schools, community groups, youth programs, and family networks to bring playful, engaging, and wellbeing-focused sessions. Whether it’s a regular class, after-school club, or special workshop, I aim to create experiences that inspire confidence, creativity, and connection.

“As a holistic practice, Yoga emphasizes the whole child… it can affect all components of social and emotional learning.”

About Mia
My sessions invite everybody to move in a playful way, creating a space in which to try new skills, build confidence, and strengthen the connection with yourself and others.
Driven from my own passions and hobbies, I combine yoga with circus skills to support coordination and focus, and I include sound healing and gentle holistic practices to help everyone feel calm and present. Nature often becomes a co-teacher, with forests, fields, and open spaces inspiring curiosity, balance, and a sense of belonging.
I aim to help participants of all ages feel supported, confident, and inspired to play, explore, and discover what’s possible.
